Rollon, a manufacturer of actuators, systems and linear motion guides, has acquired Intelligent Machine Solutions, Inc, an American designer and manufacturer of standard and custom machinery for the automation industry.
The acquisition will include Rollon expanding its linear actuator modules and robotic transport units, manufactured in the USA.
