Gardner Denver Valve Passes Trials

Gardner Denver High Pressure Solutions (GD) has proved its new V3 valve increases performance hours in high pressure hydraulic fracturing operations. GD Redline valves and seats are designed for performance and reliability, providing optimal flow efficiency. The V3 valve has been redesigned to improved metallurgy and enhance water resistance.

During field trials in the Eagle Ford, Permian and Marcellus shale plays, there was increased performance of up to 46%. In the Permian basin, performance of the V2 and V3 could be compared, with an increase in performance of 81%.

“Gardner Denver’s legendary reputation is built on more than a century of pioneering excellence in pumping technology,” said Neal Spence, product line leader at GD. “The dramatic increase in performance hours for the V3 compared to its competitors underlines Gardner Denver’s ongoing commitment to applying innovation and improvements to all of our American-made products.”

The V3 valve is suitable for use with standard fluid end utilizing P-4 and P-5 valve configuration.
