Fischer Process Industries, valve, pump and process equipment distributor, has acquired HE Danby Co, a long-standing American company.
“We feel that this is a great opportunity for us to continue and improve on our abilities to be of service,” said Cary Corcoran, previous president and owner. “I have been part of the organization for 45 years and look forward to my continued interaction with our customers.” Corcoran will be joining Fischer Process Industries as sales and product specialist for filtration products. The acquisition includes a wide selection of products from manufacturers such as Gorman-Rupp, Aurora Pump, Eaton, and more. There will be a fully equipped shop that will allow Fischer Process Industries to expand service options and capabilities in Indiana.
