Oxford Flow, the flow control equipment specialist for energy, water, and industrial process industries, is celebrating a headcount growth of 42% over the last 12 months as the company eyes international expansion across EMEA and North America. Oxford Flow now has operations across the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific with including offices in Houston and Oxford.
In North America, Mike Evans is the newest addition to the US team, where he will accelerate market penetration across industrials and process as part of the company’s diversification strategy. Amir Basha, based in Cairo, Egypt, joins as the MENA Business Development Manager, where he will drive the growth of the company’s innovative valve technology, following successful trials with an Oman water utility and Europe’s largest gas processing facility. Benny McCallum takes up the role of Business Development Manager for Europe and Central Asia, and with deep domain knowledge in the valve and regulator industry his expertise will bolster Oxford Flow’s roster of sector heavy weights.
In addition to the international appointments, Rob Winlow steps into the new role of VP of Engineering to drive technology development and scale up manufacturing. The appointments follow several technology milestones for the company, including outstanding results for ES valve in fugitive emissions testing and the IM valve being accepted onto a framework agreement with SGN.
