ThermOmegaTech® Thermostatic Mixing/Diverting Valve

The ThermOmegaTech® 3-way M/D thermostatic temperature control valves use a thermal actuator to automatically and accurately proportion flow in response to fluid temperature. For diverting applications, the M/D operates as a thermal bypass valve (TBV) to modulate inlet fluid temperature and divert return flow based on temperature. For mixing applications, the M/D valves modulates between the hot and cold “inlet feeds” to mix the fluid to the desired specified temperature.

The valve is self-operating, which means no external power source is required, and there is minimal maintenance needed because there are few moving parts. The valve has a wide temperature range, and is easy to install.

Design Features include a heavy duty/rugged construction, it is compact and has a low mass for fast response, an exclusive self-actuating Thermoloid® sensor/controller, and it operates in narrow temperature band.
