Phillips 66 Awards Contract to Charbonneau Industries

Phillips 66 has awarded a contract to Flowserve partner Charbonneau Industries for additional mainline valves for their C2G Ethane Pipeline System. The system connects the growing Phillips 66 storage complex at Clemens Caverns to a new JV petrochemical complex near Gregory, in Texas.
 
Charbonneau Industries OEM Pipeline Platform Partner, Flowserve, will provide 15 pieces of 16” 900 class Valbart API-6D slab gates valves with Limitorque electric actuators for this project. Charbonneau Industries will continue to provide project management, V&A mount, set, extended testing, coating, logistics and storage as necessary for the Phillips 66 project. JV partners ExxonMobil and SABIC are continuing to develop the complex which is expected to go into service mid next year.
