OMB Valves, a leading global valve manufacturer, recently confirmed the completion of the acquisition of BEL Valves, the Milan operation of UK-based BEL Valves Limited.
OMB announced its intention to purchase the business in March 2020. Through the acquisition, the business retains the use of the BEL Valves name for one year, relating to the surface/onshore API 6D ball and gate valve soft seated products that the business has developed and currently sells.
BEL Valves and its employees are now part of the OMB Valves group, a diversified manufacturer of valves for the energy industries. OMB is a family-owned and operated group recognized globally as a manufacturer of forged steel valves. Its manufacturing operations in Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East are supported by a worldwide distribution network.
