Curtiss-Wright Corporation Vice President and CFO, Glenn E. Tynan, has announced his plans to retire after 20 years with the company. He spent the past 18 years as CFO. Tynan will continue to serve as a VP to assist the executive team with the transition until his retirement in fall 2020.
Effective immediately, K. Christopher Farkas has been promoted to vice president and CFO. Farkas has served as vice president of finance and corporate controller since 2017. Prior to joining Curtiss-Wright, Farkas spent more than 17 years in financial, technical and operational roles of increasing responsibility within Fortune 50/250 industrial companies.
