Powell Valves will be moving facilities, after 174 years in the same location, so that its neighbor, KAO USA, can expand its facility.
The company has agreed to sell its headquarters to The Port (of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority) and use the proceeds to build a new facility on 4 acres of land that is just north of the former Sara Lee/Kahn’s manufacturing site. The company will move when the construction of the new facility is complete.
