Matco-Norca has updated its lead-free brass 759 Press Ball Valve to include a leak-prior-to-press technology. This design includes a unique EPDM O-ring that allows water or air past the sealing element of any un-pressed connection.
Press-fit systems offer an advantage of flame-free installations, making solder connections a less preferred method in copper applications. The press-fit system also lends itself to greater productivity and reduced labor costs.
Manufactured in ISO 9002 approved factories and available in sizes 1/2″ up to 4”, the upgraded Press Ball Valves are compliant with UPC, AB1953, NSF-61 and NSF-372 standards.
