VanAire receives ISO 9001:2015 certification standard

Michigan-based VanAire Incorporated has passed the 3-day recertification audit to receive the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard. VanAire has been ISO registered since 2012. This is the latest upgrade of the worldwide standard, which was finalized in 2016. The recertification process included the entire Quality Management System and is VanAire’s second audit to the new standard. The successful audit resulted in zero major and/or minor non-conformances.

Just last year, the company had an increase of 30% in the Engineered Valve Automation Hardware (EVAH) product line sales. With that increase, VanAire’s customer satisfaction rating remains at 100%, according to a customer service survey conducted in December 2017.

Steven Soderman, VanAire CEO and Quality Manager, stated, “ISO 9001:2015 certification attests to VanAire’s commitment to continually exceed our customer’s expectations with goals focused on the emphasis of quality assurance, production proficiency and engineering standards.”

Tony Lambert, VP of EVAH also commented, “We have outstanding team members that are focused on quality, which will continue to strengthen our relationships with our customers.”
