Ms. Isabelle Marcoux, Chair of the Board of Transcontinental Inc., has announced the appointment of Mr. Yves Leduc to the Board of Directors of the Corporation. Mr. Leduc is President and Chief Executive Officer of Velan Inc., one of the world’s leading manufacturers of industrial valves.
Mr. Leduc is a graduate of the University of Montreal and the Columbia University of New York. He currently sits on the Board of Orford Musique and, until recently, the Université de Sherbrooke Corporation and the Accelerator for the Creation of Technology Enterprises at the Université de Sherbrooke.
