Miller Energy, Inc., a New Jersey-based manufacturer’s representative and distributor of industrial instrumentation and process control equipment, has announced the acquisition of Jones and Auerbacher as of September 1, 2017.
Jones and Auerbacher is a leading distributor of ASCO solenoid valves, Parker fittings, Wika pressure and temperature gauges and related instrumentation and valve products.
