Harbour Group acquires Marshall Excelsior Co.

Michigan-based Marshall Excelsior Co. (MEC), a designer and manufacturer of flow control products used in the transportation and storage of liquified petroleum gas and anhydrous ammonia, has been acquired by Harbour Group. MEC provides products such as valves, fittings, adapters, regulators, gauges and accessories.

“MEC is known as the leading innovator in its industry due to its strong engineering and design capabilities and ability to provide customers with unique products to meet their challenges,” Jeff Fox, Harbour Group’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer said in a statement. “Harbour Group’s resources will help the Company continue to grow both domestically and internationally.”
