Trelleborg, through its business area Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, a leader in engineered polymers, has finalized its acquisition of the El Segundo, California-based Subsidiary of CoorsTek, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-precision seals and bearings produced from high performance polymers and metals for aerospace applications.
This acquisition further equips Trelleborg Sealing Solution to maintain its position in elastomer, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-based and airframe seals.
