New president named at ITT businesses

New York-based ITT Inc., a leading manufacturer of highly engineered critical components and customized technology solutions for the energy, transportation and industrial markets, recently announced that it has named Farrokh Batliwala as President of the company’s Control Technologies and Interconnect Solutions businesses.

Batliwala, who joined ITT in 2015 as President of Control Technologies, previously held a number of positions at Eaton Corporation, including Vice President and General Manager for the Power and Motion Control Division – Hydraulics Group. “His deep experience, particularly in the areas of improving operational processes, driving innovation and building customer relationships, are valuable assets as we continue to improve and grow both of these businesses”, said Denise Ramos, ITT Chief Executive Officer and President.
