The AVK Group, a valve manufacturer with various operations in North and South America, recently announced that it has acquired the majority of the shares of VCW (Válvulas – Indústria, Comércio e Representação ltda) in Brazil. This acquisition complements both AVK and VCW Brazil product lines, offering different types of gate, butterfly and check valves according to Brazilian standards.
VCW founders and business directors Cloves Pissutti, Vanderlei Carvalho and Paulo Segura, will remain partners and continue to manage the business as usual.
