Sam Bennardo recently retired from AUMA Actuators, after 23 years as President. Throughout his Presidency, Mr. Bennardo is said to have created a family-like atmosphere for his employees, grew market share and was dedicated to business goals and customers.
Bennardo was essential in having AUMA-USA become a member of the Valve Manufacturers Association (VMA) and was former Chairman of the Board of Directors. Following Mr. Bennardo’s retirement, Matthew Thiel, who joined AUMA in February 2015 as Executive Vice President, assumed the responsibilities and role of President as of January 1, 2016.
