New fixed & proportional flow control valves

The FV120, FV200 and VFD190 ranges of fixed and proportional flow control valves from Webtec now offer pressure-compensated flow stability at operating pressures up to 420 bar. With the option of both fixed and variable priority, these new high-pressure three-port valves are rated up to 76 lpm and 190 lpm all at 420 bar and provide the ideal solution for ensuring hydraulic motors or cylinders operate at a constant speed, regardless of the load on them.
The FV120 and FV200 are 3-port pressure-compensated fixed and proportional priority flow divider valves with built-in pressure relief valve. They can handle working pressures of up to 420bar and a maximum flow of 76 lpm. Its cast iron body houses the steel components. It has an optional built-in pressure relief valve and an adjustable relief valve. It provides constant flow to a primary system whilst still powering a secondary system.
Aimed at mobile and industrial applications the VFD190 can be used for controlling hydraulic motor and cylinder speeds by manually adjusting the flow rate. It can handle a working pressure of up to 420 bar. It has a total flow capacity of 190 lpm. It has steel components in cast SG iron body painted black and aluminium knob, and weighs 3.5kg to 4.0kg. Its clearly marked single-turn hand dial permits fast visual adjustments.
