Precision Valve names new CEO

Precision, a leading global manufacturer of aerosol valves, custom actuators and other dispensing solutions across a variety of end markets, has announced that Timothy Carlson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, which will take effect immediately.
Mr. Carlson brings extensive international and consumer packaged goods experience to Precision, and will report to President and Chief Executive Officer, Doug Hind.
Prior to joining Precision, Mr. Carlson served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ATMI, a publically held global supplier of semiconductor materials, materials packaging and delivery systems used in the manufacture of microelectronics devices, where he spent 14 years in various roles. Before joining ATMI, Mr. Carlson worked for nine years at Campbell Soup, across various financial roles.
