Shale-Inland Holdings acquires Major Sourcing LLC

Shale-Inland Holdings announces the acquisition of Major Sourcing LLC also referred to as “Major Inc.” in a transaction completed on July 27, 2015. Major, Inc. operates as a leading valve automation, integrator, and distributor, primarily focused on the power industry.
Major will continue to operate under its trade name, Major Inc., and will be a part of Shale-Inland’s Valves & Automation (V&A) platform. Shale-Inland is a leading specialty industrial supplier of pipe, valves, fittings and related products and provider of technical solutions to the energy and industrial sectors.
Major, Inc., headquartered in New Jersey, was founded in 1976 and has relationships with over 200 leading power generation focused manufacturers, giving them the unique ability to provide consistent and reliable services to its customers. Dave Kuhn, President of Major, will continue to lead the Major business.
