Valve World Americas workshop: Channeling the End-user

On Thursday July 16th, the second afternoon of the Valve World Americas Conference, there will be three educational workshops held concurrently from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
The second workshop in this set will be about Channeling your Valves to the End-user/EPC. It will be moderated by Gobind Khiani from Fluor Canada and Bill Sandler from VMA. Panelists will include John Carte from MRC Global; John Faulkinberry from Emerson; and representatives from Pentair and Metso who will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
Discussion will focus on defining the customer’s and end-users’ purchasing decision cycle for valve and automation products starting from the initial decision to proceed with the project to the final installation of the product.
