30-degree diverter valve

The Pennsylvania-based Pelletron has developed a new diverter valve with a 30-degree diversion angle. The valve has a smooth pass-through design that is ideal for pellet and granular applications to retrofit existing pneumatic conveying lines or for integration into new pneumatic conveying systems.
The standard valve is designed in aluminum housing but has a stainless steel plug. The valve is available in sizes from four to 12 inches and is designed for pressure up to 60 psi as well as for operating temperatures up to 175°F, with options up to 350°F.
Features include: Seal rings at each port; a smooth pass-through design; a heavy-duty body design for pressure surges up to 90 psi; manual or pneumatic operation; a heavy-duty pneumatic actuator with integrated mechanical stops; and interior polished grades available.
