Val-Matic Valve & Mfg. Corp. has released new Air Valve “SuperValves” with Ductile Iron Bodies and Covers as the standard. The SuperValves are premium water and wastewater air valves offered with premium features with availability from stock. Clean water air valves use EPDM seating material and wastewater air valves use Buna-N material. SuperValves are holiday tested and include material and wastewater air valves use Buna-N material. SuperValves include stick fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) internally and externally, which is the perfect solution for severe applications such as those of a WWTP and is able to withstand the harsh wastewater applications, thus reducing the frequency of maintenance.
