Jacobs acquires Eagleton Engineering

Jacobs Engineering has acquired Houston-based Eagleton Engineering. The acquisition will further enhance Jacob’s capabilities in their midstream/upstream pipeline engineering, design and field surveying services.

Since 1965, Eagleton Engineering has specialized in pipeline engineering, providing professional services, along with resources, to the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. The company’s services include project planning, delivery, conceptual studies, design and even full turnkey engineering, procurement, construction solutions and operational support.
 
Chip Mitchell, Jacobs Group vice president, has commented, “Eagleton’s pipeline engineering and project delivery experience, strong project portfolio and talented employees allow us to enhance our full service offerings to our customers and drive our growth in the oil and gas business.”
