Lupatech S.A., one of the largest Brazilian supplier of products and services for the oil and gas sector, announces to its shareholders and the market the nomination of Mr. Ricardo Doebeli as the new Lupatech’s CEO. Doebeli has a B.S. in Business Administration from the Fundação Universitária da Região de Blumenau and an MBA in General Administrationfrom the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercados e Capitais (Brazil). He’s been in consultancy firms specialized in projects of corporate restructuring and strengthening of operational performance and accumulates experience as executive of administration, finance and sales for 18 years. His prior experiences include Galeazzi & Associados, consultancy firm in which he acted as partner, Supermercado Gimenes, Tend Tudo and Pierre Alexander, firms in which he assumed as interim CEO. He’ll be part of Lupatech team after being managing partner of GG Investimentos, where he led several private equity business fronts and participated as
manager and board member at the invested companies.
Doebeli will keep on pursuing the strategy of growth of Products and Services Business Units, envisioning the strengthening of the management model and the recovery of operational efficiency levels and revenues of the company.
Mr. Thiago Piovesan, CFO, also assumes the position of Investor Relations Officer (IRO), giving continuity to the practices of communication with the market and Corporate Governance of Lupatech.
