The W.E. Anderson Division of Dwyer Instruments, Inc. has released its new series of SBSV solenoid valves which are compact, general service, 110 VAC two-way guide type solenoid valves. For use in gas, air, water and other liquid applications, the valves are available in brass or stainless steel that can be oriented in any position but normally come with a closed design. The solenoid enclosure is NEMA-13 rated and provides protection against ingress of foreign objects.

The valves are available in a wide range of flow rates and sizes ranging from 1/8 to 2”NPT and orifices from 3mm to 50mm. The SBSV-S, stainless steel bodied valves have a maximum process temperature of 248°F and come assembled with a fluoroelastomer seal. The series SBSV-B brass bodied valves come assembled with an NBR seal and have a maximum process temperature of 176°F.
