Needle valves for precise flow of corrosive fluids

Throttle Master needle valves are constructed from PVC, unpigmented natural polypropylene and hi-purity PVDF and produced in Globe pattern straight 180” and Angle pattern 90” styles. They are available in standard end connections of ¼”, 3/8” and ½” FNPT with tubing connections available. The valves all injection molded with rugged design and construction and needle finish, SPI/SPE No. 1, bubble tight with low torque shutoff for long term performance. They feature 24 pitch metering threat for 20% finer metering control. Teflon sealed for chemical resistance, the needle valves are designed for panel mounting without fasteners to 1/16” to ½” thick panels. They do not contain any elastomers or O-rings, metals or lubricants to prevent contamination and corrosion.
