New energy minister for Mexico

Mexico’s President Felipe Calderón is replacing energy minister José Antonio Meade with Jordy Herrera, the current director of PGPB, the gas and basic petrochemicals subsidiary of Pemex. Mr. Herrera previously served as deputy minister of energy planning and technological development.
