Diaphragm valves for use with aggressive chemicals

Burkert Fluid Control Systems has launched a range of PFA-lined stainless steel diaphragm valves for use with aggressive chemicals. The PFA liner integrated into the new diaphragm valves is a fluoropolymer that offers chemical resistance similar to PTFE against most aggressive chemicals and acids, but with lower levels of porosity. It ialso tolerates higher temperatures, with the capability for operation up to 260C. The new diaphragm valves are designed to provide a synergy with Burkert’s valve, sensor, process control, hazardous area and specialist products.
