The new “batch controller” software function is now available for types ME43 and ME63. Burkert is now offering all components in combination with their valves and sensors for your individual batch dosing solution – from a single source.
What is batch dosing?
Batch dosing and/or filling involve the controlled interruption of the flow of fluid. Along with sensors and valves, the batch controller plays a particularly important part: as the central control unit in the dosing process, the batch controller monitors sensor data and controls the valve.
Filling solution from a single source
By combining Burkert’s Type ME43 or Type ME63 batch controller with their extensive portfolio of flow sensors and valves, they can develop individual batch systems that are exactly customised to suit your needs – either as a control cabinet installation (Type ME43) or as a field installation (Type ME63).
You will receive all the components you need for your filling solution, supplemented by a display with pre-configured batch dashboard.
