These valves, for the US Navy are an unusual, 3 1/2″ size, type 436, Seawater pressure reducing valves for shipboard use on US Naval Combatants.
Hardened for service with naval bronze bodies and Monel trim, these valves meet stringent requirements for MIL-901 Shock Tests and MIL-STD-167-1 Vibration Tests.
