Swagelok Company Expands Executive Team

To support the organization’s continued growth, six new executive appointments and one promotion to c-suite were announced by Thomas F. Lozick, chairman and chief executive officer of Swagelok Company.

Brent Blouch has been promoted to chief commercial officer and is responsible for sales support, marketing, and corporate engineering.

Lisa McKay is promoted to vice president of supply chain, with responsibility for supply chain and customer service.

Wayne Ostrosky is promoted to vice president of operations and succeeds Ward Dumm, senior vice president of operations, who is retiring at the end of 2022. In this role, Ostrosky is responsible for the organization’s domestic and international operations service groups.

Dwayne Petish has been promoted to vice president of tax and treasurer. His responsibilities include tax, treasury, and payroll, as well as risk and audit.

Ron Plazek has been promoted to vice president of sourcing and is responsible for sourcing, raw material operations, and warehousing.

Jen Woo has been promoted to vice president of HR operations. In this role, Woo is responsible for HR business partnerships and HR systems and services which includes operational excellence and HRIS.

Di Xu has been promoted to vice president, corporate controller with responsibility for financial reporting and operational accounting.
