FSA offers webinar on gasketed joint bolting

The Fluid Sealing Association® (FSA) will be presenting a 1.5-hour webinar on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 2:00 PM EDT on “The Fundamentals of Bolting for Gasketed Joints”. Speakers will include Ron Frisard, FSA Vice Chair of Gasket Division and Chett Norton, FSA Technical Chair of Gasket Division. The cost of this webinar is USD $50.

The FSA is a manufacturer-based resource who’s charter includes educating the industry, including the correct methods of bolt tightening to ensuring a sound connection.

The FSA is proud to offer this webinar that will give solid information including the following:
– Best bolting practices
– Anti-seize effects on gasket loading
– Calculating gasket loads
– Step-by-step determination of a torque value

Please note, a recorded version of the webinar will be available to view on the FSA website, for those who cannot attend the live version.
