Eastern Controls, Inc. Acquires Andrews Industrial Controls

Eastern Controls, Inc. announced the acquisition of Andrews Industrial Controls, hereby expanding products, solutions, and services throughout Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. This comes shortly after Eastern Controls expanded into Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia with partners Baker Hughes Masoneilan and REXA, Inc.

For 45 years, Andrews Industrial Controls has provided instrumentation, gas and flame detection, valves, actuators, and services to a broad range of industries from Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Chemical/Petrochemical, Water/Wastewater, Food and Beverage, and Pulp and Paper. The company’s dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and superior solutions has allowed them to build strong relationships with end-users and engineering firms alike. Former President and CEO of Andrews Industrial Controls, Nick Andrews commented:

“After many years of working with Eastern Controls serving customers in the Greater Pittsburgh area, West Virginia, and Ohio, we are excited to officially become a part of the Eastern Controls team. Working through this acquisition with Cliff and his team has solidified the decision to sell Andrews, and with the resources and manpower Eastern Controls can provide, the customers will benefit greatly from  solutions and services. We are eager to see what’s to come and how we can all serve our customers better.”

With Andrews Industrial Controls becoming a division of Eastern Controls, partners and customers can be confident that business continuity will remain and further excel in providing services and support for any application needs.

“This acquisition allows us to build upon our strong, 30-year relationship and join forces with a team of AIC experts to create a combined organization focused on providing unmatched services and solutions”, said Eastern Controls’ President, Cliff McLaughlin. “We are an organization focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our combined resources will help deliver growth and infrastructure connection across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.”

Eastern Controls has worked with the former Andrews team to make certain our manufacturing partners are supported properly with all necessary resources. The company will continue doing everything possible to ensure that business operates as usual for the customers in these regions. Above all, Eastern Controls prides itself on reducing friction wherever it may arise, so that customers can continue operating smoothly and efficiently.

Andrews’ former Vice President and Director of Sales, Paul Bonetti, commented on the positive outlook both the Andrews and Eastern Controls teams share as the company continue looking for the best ways to serve their customers:

“Andrews Industrial Controls is thrilled to join the Eastern Controls team.  I have known the folks at Eastern Controls for decades and their reputation as the leading manufacturer representative and service provider throughout the Mid-Atlantic region is unparalleled.  Our companies share core values and employ a high standard of ethics, which combined with our mutual commitment to creating lasting partnerships with our principals, employees, and customers, make this a perfect match.  While the team at Andrews has always been the best within the territory we cover, the positive impact of this acquisition will quickly be realized by the customers in our region who will see immediate improvements in support, service, and communication.  The future is not merely bright, but limitless, and now it’s full steam ahead!“

Eastern Controls is excited to welcome Nick, Paul, and the rest of the Andrews sales and service members to our team. Nick Andrews joins Eastern Controls as a Business Development Executive and Paul Bonetti joins as an Outside Sales Representative.
